Step 1—Cleanse:

Wash hands and affected areas with an alcohol-free, moisturizing cleanser like CeraVe^® Hydrating Cleanser, then gently pat dry.

Step 2—Medicate:

Apply medications as your dermatologist has instructed.

Step 3—Moisturize:

Wait several minutes, then apply a moisturizer like CeraVe^® Moisturizing Cream to cover hands and affected areas. Gently massage into hands and affected areas until all the cream is absorbed into the skin. Unlike most moisturizers, CeraVe^® Moisturizing Cream contains special ingredients that can help repair your skin's natural protective function.

Step 4—Protect:

Wait several minutes, then apply Tetrix™ Cream to hands and affected areas. Gently massage into hands and affected areas. Since Tetrix™ Cream provides a barrier to protect the skin, be sure that Tetrix™ Cream is the last step in your regimen.
